BOSTON - SEPTEMBER 15: Passengers flying from Logan Airport in Boston to Martha's Vineyard have to bring their own coffee. CapeAir's fall introduction of flights from Logan International Airport to Lebanon, N.H., and Rockland, Maine, and from Albany International Airport to three upstate New York towns making 2008 the Hyannis-based carrier's biggest expansion year since 2001. It's counterintuitive since this is when other airlines are cutting service and CapeAir's tiny planes don't even have bathrooms, extra legroom or free peanuts. But what CapeAir offers that other airlines don't is the "extra mile" of customer service, such as holding planes for passengers who call about running late and operating every flight even if its only carrying one passenger.
